Privacy Policy: Catfather: Idle Tycoon

Last updated: October 17, 2026 · Package: com.whitebeardgames.catfather

1. Who we are

Catfather: Idle Tycoon (the “game”) is developed by White Beard Games (“we”, “us”) and is published on Google Play in the developer account “LevelBox Studio by UAB AdSynergy”. This policy explains what data the game and the software components (SDKs) inside it process. Contact: maxwhitebeardgames@gmail.com.

2. Who the game is for

The game is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game, write to us and we will help remove any data that can be linked to the device.

3. Data we and our SDKs process

The game has no user accounts, no registration and no chat. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. Game progress is stored on your device. The following data is processed automatically while you play: in-app purchase details (see the purchases section below), advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, usage events and diagnostics, as described by each SDK below.

The game can show local notifications scheduled on your device. They are created on the device and no data is sent to a server for them. On Android 13 and later the game asks for notification permission, and you can turn notifications off in the system settings.

4. SDKs in the game and why

The data is collected by the SDKs listed here, each under its own privacy policy. We link the official disclosure of every SDK so that you can read what it collects.

CAS.AI mediation (advertising)

Data: IP address, mobile advertising ID, app usage statistics (such as launch times and session duration), ad views and clicks. The ad networks reached through CAS.AI mediation may also collect and process data about you independently.

Purpose: Showing and measuring ads (interstitial and rewarded video), ad fraud prevention, and delivering rewards for watched ads.

Official disclosure: CAS.AI Privacy Policy; CAS.AI Google Play data disclosure

Google Analytics for Firebase

Data: App-instance ID, advertising ID (unless disabled), approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, app lifecycle events (sessions, screen views) and in-game events, device and app version information.

Purpose: Understanding how the game is used, finding and fixing problems, improving gameplay and balance.

Official disclosure: Firebase privacy and security; Google Analytics data collection for apps

Firebase Crashlytics

Data: Crash stack traces, application state at the time of a crash, device metadata, and a Crashlytics installation UUID (plus the Firebase installation ID).

Purpose: Crash reporting and stability.

Official disclosure: Firebase Google Play data disclosure

Firebase Remote Config

Data: Country code, language code, time zone, OS version, Firebase app ID, package name, and the Firebase installation ID.

Purpose: Adjusting game settings and balance without an app update.

Official disclosure: Firebase Google Play data disclosure

Tenjin (attribution)

Data: Advertising ID, IP address, device type and model, OS and app version, locale and country, the Limit Ad Tracking setting, and install and purchase events.

Purpose: Measuring which advertising campaigns lead to installs (attribution) and the performance of the game's marketing.

Official disclosure: Tenjin Privacy Policy

Google Play Billing and Unity IAP (in-app purchases)

Data: Purchase details such as product ID, price, currency and purchase token. Payment card details are handled only by Google Play and are never received by us.

Purpose: Processing and restoring in-app purchases (for example removing ads).

Official disclosure: Google Privacy Policy; Unity Privacy Policy

5. Advertising ID and consent

The game shows ads. To show them and measure their results, the ad partners use the Android advertising ID. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the game shows a consent form from Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) / the CAS.AI consent flow at launch, and you can choose whether ads may be personalised. You can change your choice at any time through the privacy options in the game settings, if shown for your region.

You can also opt out of ad personalisation or reset or delete your advertising ID on your device: Android Settings → Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads). More information: Google Play advertising ID and Google My Ad Center. Opting out does not remove ads; it makes them less relevant to you.

6. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation of the purchase (product, price, currency) but never your payment card or Google account details. Purchase events may be passed to the attribution provider listed above.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your data. The SDK providers above process it on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies (for example the ad networks in the mediation chain). Data may be transferred to countries outside your own, including the United States, under the safeguards those providers describe in their policies.

8. Retention

Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Analytics event data in Google Analytics for Firebase is kept for no longer than 14 months. Other SDK providers keep data for the periods stated in their own policies linked above.

9. Deleting your data

To delete the data on your device, uninstall the game or use Android Settings → Apps → Catfather: Idle Tycoon → Storage → Clear data. To ask us to delete or access data held by the SDK services, email maxwhitebeardgames@gmail.com with the subject “Data request – Catfather: Idle Tycoon”. Because the game has no accounts, we can only find data by an identifier: include your device’s advertising ID (Android Settings → Google → Ads) and the country you play from. We will confirm and process the request within 30 days, and pass it on to the SDK providers where needed. You can also contact the providers using the links above.

10. Your rights

EEA, United Kingdom (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing), and to complain to your local data protection authority. Where we rely on consent (advertising identifiers and analytics), the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a); for stability and security of the game it is our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).

California and other US states (CCPA/CPRA and similar): you have the right to know what is collected, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information for money; advertising identifiers shared with ad partners may count as “sharing” under some laws, and you can opt out through the in-game privacy options or your device ad settings as described in section 5. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email maxwhitebeardgames@gmail.com.

11. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when SDKs change. The date at the top shows the latest version; the current version is always at this address.
